Thanksgiving is a holiday full of delicious meals and treats, but some of our plant-based friends can be left out of the tasty traditions. With iconic dishes like turkey or pumpkin pie, it can be difficult to celebrate the holiday when you follow a vegan diet. No one should be left out on all the meals, so here are four easy vegan versions of traditional Thanksgiving dishes.

Tofu Turkey

Turkey is what most people anticipate at Thanksgiving dinner. Instead of turkey, try this tofurky that tastes just as delicious. This easy recipe incorporates flavors like rosemary, thyme, and other seasonings to give it that same zest as turkey.

Holiday Stuffing

No Thanksgiving dinner is complete without some stuffing. This mushroom stuffing is flavorful and moist, and the only ingredient swap from the original stuffing is the vegan butter and bread crumbs.

Butternut Squash Soup

This warm soup is a staple dish for the Fall season, but a traditional recipe includes butter, milk, and sometimes heavy cream. This recipe takes those ingredients out and incorporates vegetables, herbs, and vegetable broth instead. It is easy and fast to make and will be the perfect touch of Fall at Thanksgiving dinner.

Classic Pumpkin Pie

What even is Thanksgiving without pumpkin pie? If you want to keep the delicious dessert this year, try this simple recipe that uses vegan-friendly ingredients but still keeps that classic pumpkin taste. This dessert will be the perfect way to end dinner.

Thanksgiving dinner should not be exclusive. Anyone, regardless of their diet, should be able to join in on the holiday treats and meals. With these easy vegan recipes, all the plant-based eaters can make delicious dishes that guests will be thankful for.
