Do you find yourself waking up in the morning and looking in your closet for a perfect comfortable outift to wear throughout the day, then debating on what hairstyle to rock with it? I used to find myself facing this issue quite often, but over time I found some cool, fun, old fashioned, and modern basic hairstyles that are perfect for daily use, or even when you are going out to a party, dinner, or just hanging out with friends.

The following list located below includes three of the most popular hairstyles that I follow on a normal basis for school or when I am going out to have some much needed fun.

Classic ponytails

Ponytails are super easy to do on any hair type, regardless if you have naturally straight, super thick curly hair (like myself), or even wavy hair. Leaving your hair out can be fun, but it can be a hassle to have to put gel, or mousse all over it just to keep it tamed. Combing your hair for a few minutes to tease out the tangles is much easier and you will have less chances of running late to school, or an event, compared to going through the process of having to detangle all your hair fully to just leave it all out for a few hours, or a full day.

Simple braids

Styling your hair in braids is a beatuiful hairstyle that looks great on anyone, and it is one that I follow on a typical basis. You can make one big braid after you create a ponytail at the back of your head if you want something super simple and quick for school. For more of an elegant look, you can part your hair in the middle of your scalp, take a small portion of hair from your right and left side of your head, create two braids, and then clip them at the back of your head. If you don’t like clips in your hair, then use a hair tie to hold both of the braids together at the back of your head, and it will still look elegant. This particular style is my personal favorite and since I love old fashion looks, it is A plus for me.

Messy bun

The third simple hairstyle I use is the bun. Buns are always elegant and casual, but there is one important tip to remember. It is important to make sure that when you style your hair in a bun that you make it a little bit loose. If you make your bun too tight it will mess up your hair line by pulling it back and it will also give you a massive headache. If you want your bun to be super casual, then try and go for a messy loose bun. If you want your bun to look more elegant, try to straighten your hair, curl the ends, and then create the bun.

There are many more basic hairstyles that you can try on your own and you can also develop your personal favorites, just like I did. As a woman it is necessary for you to treat yourself and this will help get you started.
