A Revamped Fad: Double Pearl Earrings

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at JMU chapter.

Pearls have been “in” for as long as I can remember. They are worn both casually and formally, and are most commonly a wedding trademark. I wouldn’t have called myself a fan until I saw this trend of revamped, double pearl earrings. They resemble barbell jewelry, most commonly worn in the belly button, and vary in color and size. If you are going for a unique piece, it is actually quite easy to make! Check out Pinterest, and give it a go. I know I will!

Hey Ya'll! Here at James Madison University I'm majoring in Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication and minoring in Family Studies. I'm just a student writing my way through college, and when I'm not busy doing that, I have my nose in a book. I couldn't make it through a day without Country music, and I love the OBX (it's Heaven on earth!).
