What are you involved with on campus?
I am involved in WXJM, JMU’s student run radio station. My show time this semester is from 10 p.m. to midnight on Saturdays. I am also involved with JMU’s University Program Board (UPB) where I work with a committee to bring independent artists to campus.
What else have you done through JMU?
I spent the spring semester of my sophomore year studying abroad in London. In addition to studying in the city, I was also able to intern with an independent publishing company. After the program, I took two weeks to backpack through seven European cities before going home for the summer. The trip in total was probably the best experience of my life thus far.
