This isn’t so much of a recipe, but just rather me sharing my favorite snack.

I love love LOVE fruit, and so I am constantly eating it.  I also try to stick to non-processed sugar, and so often I turn to fruit when I am craving candy.

I find that apples and peanut butter are the perfect salty/sweet combo that keep me full for a while.

I cut up 1 whole apple and remove the seeds, and put it in a tupperware container with 2 tablespoons of creamy, unsalted peanut butter.

If you are allergic to nut butter, sun butter is always a great alternative!!
