Drop by Nolan’s and try a variety of Taiwanese and Chinese specialty food with TASA and IAC!
Learn to make:
1. Green Onion Pancakes – a crispy panfried pancake studded with green onions
2. Xian Bing – dumpling-like crispy panfried exterior with a meaty interior      Â
3. Mochi – delicious dessert made from rice flour and kneaded for a soft and chewy
texture
and for those of you who just want to eat:
4. Lu Rou Fan – chopped and stewed pork belly over rice
5. Three Cup Chicken – chicken wings stewed in soy sauce and basil
6. Bubble Tea – everyone’s favorite drink with black tapioca bubbles
