Hello Blue Jays!

This Tuesday, our Women’s Basketball Team will be dedicating their game to a person and cause that is near and dear to my heart.

In July, we lost a beloved member of our school and our track and field team.  Abigail Bastien was, in short, the best person I have ever met.  Genuinely herself, hardworking, loyal, and caring.  The best friend and teammate you could ask for.

On Tuesday at 7pm the basketball team will have a game and will be decorating the gym, asking for donations, and reading a few words from her mother.

The proceeds from the donations given will go straight to the Abigail Bastien Memorial Scholarship Fund, a scholarship which will be given to two student athletes who achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher at two high schools in her hometown of Sandusky, Ohio.

If you can, please come out and support this cause, I hope to see you there!

If you cannot make the basketball game but would like to donate to the scholarship fund, please send us a message and we can give you more information on how to do so!
