What does “bae” mean to you?

Allison: Bae is one of those words that make me cringe when I hear others use it in a serious context. Therefore, it means nothing to me…I wouldn’t even use it to describe Chipotle. Or my dog. Or anything. Ever.

Derek: Bae is the moment when I close the door and lock it. Then I sit down, turn on Netflix, and eat my troubles away the only way I know, with Chipotle.

Do guys care when girls don’t wear makeup?

Allison: Let’s be honest…WHO CARES? A male’s opinion should not dictate female’s decisions, especially that of wearing makeup. If you’re highly encouraged or forced to wear make-up by your special someone, then you might want to re-evaluate whatever relationship you have. If you feel like looking put together, put on your face and call it a day, but don’t feel bad about yourself because you look like you just rolled out of bed. As cliché as it sounds, it’s what’s inside that matters. Plus, makeup is expensive and takes forever to put on. Save yourself some time and money, and embrace your natural beauty!

Derek: Guys aren’t as perceptive as you think. Yes, we can tell if you wear lipstick or a lot of eye shadow. However, if you forget your mascara or your blush, usually we don’t even understand what those are. Here is a helpful tip, if you see a cute guy for the first time and you are not wearing makeup that is the way he will picture you from then on. If you decide to put makeup on yourself for the date you inevitably will get (because you are a catch), you will give him a moment of “Dang! She is even more beautiful than I remember”.

What’s your favorite fall date idea(s)?

Allison: Go big or go home with an all day ordeal. Let’s just start off the day with a pumpkin spice latte and a pumpkin spice muffin in bed, because all women are queens and deserve the best! Then let’s go pick some apples, followed by a packed lunch in the park surrounded by all the changed leaves. After, we should walk for a while ~ you know, be healthy and all that good stuff. Then let’s go to a pumpkin patch and pick out pumpkins, some smaller ones for painting and some larger ones for carving. We will take them back to your place, create a bonfire, roast some marshmallows, and be crafty with our pumpkins. Then, we will cuddle in a hammock (because who doesn’t love hammocks…?) and stargaze while simultaneously watching The Walking Dead (or whatever floats your boat).

Derek: My favorite fall date idea is a walk through the park near sunset. When you walk through the park during fall, it already looks amazing, the leaves are changing, and the animals are running around preparing for winter. Then there is this moment at sunset where the leaves will be hit by the sun just right, and it will look like the trees are glowing. That is the perfect time to kiss, and my favorite fall date.
