Seeing as Halloween is next Wednesday, we have less than a week to watch our favorite spooky movies – in a timely manner, that is. If you’re into the supernatural, horror films and anything scary, you simply have to watch the movies listed below.
-
“Hocus Pocus.” It’s not really Halloween until these three iconic witches visit your television screen.
-
“Halloween” (the 1978 version.) The name says it all. Nothing screams horror like a serial killer on Halloween night.
-
“Ghost.” Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore were both in their prime while “Ghost” was being filmed. This movie gives viewers a glimpse into the afterlife.
-
“Coraline.” Perhaps one of the creepiest animated films to date, “Coraline” teaches children to appreciate what they have. How, you ask? By creating an alternate universe where their family members become possessed and have buttons for eyes.
-
“Nightmare on Elm Street.” The original, of course. In this film, the main characters’ worst nightmares come to life when Freddy Krueger, a supernatural serial killer, murders them in their dreams. While the storyline itself is entertaining, viewers also get to experience a young Johnny Depp.
