It’s that time of year again. The time where my stress levels are to the max. Here at Jax State, we have only been in school not even a full week yet and I am already stressing about the rest of my life. Overthinking is a toxic condition of mine that I am constantly trying to overcome, but until that happens here I am stressing and overthinking. So, If there is someone reading this that relates to me in any way, relax. We have to stop overwhelming ourselves with high expectations and hard to reach goals, and the unrealistic ideas that we may have about where we should be in our lives right now. We are so young and we need to enjoy our youth, while staying on top of our school work of course, but don’t let school be so in control that you forget to enjoy college. We’re going to get through this together one way or another. GOOD LUCK!
