St. Patrick’s Day is coming up and on a college campus we all know what that means: PARTY!!! And while parties are very fun they can also be VERY stressful. There’s so much to prepare and so little

time to do it! Well have no fear, Her Campus is here to make your party planning a little easier with 3 drink recipes sure to make your party a hit. Best of all, they’re all super easy to do and stress-free.

 

St. Patty’s Day Punch (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

2 gal. lime sherbet

2 litters 7-Up or Sprite

 

Let sherbet soften for about an hour prior to making.

Mix soda and sherbet in a punch bowl with a hand mixer on medium speed.

 

Emerald Isle

1 oz. gin

1 tsp. green creme de menthe

2 dashes bitters

 

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Low-calorie Irish Spring

3/4 oz. vodka

1/2 oz. green creme de menthe

1/4 oz. club soda

Fill glass with ice.

Add the vodka and green creme de menthe.

Top with club soda.
