Not only is it necessary to eat, but it is extremely important to be aware of what you are eating. Just because the food looks good doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Indulging is okay every once and awhile, but try choosing a leafy green vegetable when you can.
5. Study
One of the biggest differences between high school and college is the amount of time you spend studying. Unlike before, cramming won’t help. Try to spread studying out over the course of a few days instead of a few hours.
6. Get help
College is a stressful time. It’s okay to need to vent to a professional about what’s going on in your life.
7. Ask questions
Asking questions is a part of college and if you are unsure of something the best thing you can do is to ask questions! If you have a question, it’s more than likely that someone else the same question or a similar one.
