First of all: I hate my eyebrows. They’re unruly and untameable and worst of all, they are blonde so I kind of look like Mona Lisa whenever I don’t fill them in.
Now that you’ve got the visual, you’re probably wondering why I would shave them in the first place.
Usually, I pluck them: sometimes when I get out of the shower, sometimes before I do my makeup, sometimes very angrily standing in front of the mirror. If you’ve ever plucked your eyebrows, you know that for one thing, it hurts, and it takes a lot of patience.
Patience has never been a virtue of mine.
So I decided to “shave” off some time from my routine (pun intended).
If you ever decide to shave your eyebrows you need two things: an iron will and a steady hand and because once you start, there’s no going back. The end result? Not too shabby. As I said, I did not have off my entire eyebrow; just the hairs that I would usually pluck with tweezers. In my honest opinion, you can’t really tell the difference and it was a lot faster than using tweezers.
I would not recommend shaving off your entire eyebrow either. Unless your name is Jeffree Star. And if it is, would you put me on your PR list?
