My Go To Drink Orders For the Holiday Season

The holiday season is my favorite time of year to get a coffee or a holiday drink. I’m not the biggest pumpkin spice girl, so when coffee shops release their holiday lineup, I know that I need to go and grab one ASAP. These are my top three go-to holiday drinks that I will always be having during this season.

Peppermint mocha

A peppermint mocha is one of my favorite drinks to have during this year. The combination of mint and chocolate has always been one of my favorites and having it in a drink form makes it all the better. Even though you can get a peppermint mocha all year round at Starbucks, there’s something about having it during the holiday season that just makes it way more enjoyable. The majority of coffee shops will have this drink as well, so I know that I can always rely on a peppermint mocha if I go somewhere new. You can even pair the peppermint with white mocha, and it still brings the same holiday joy as regular mocha does.

Sugar cookie almond milk latte

The sugar cookie almond milk latte is another one of my seasonal go-to drinks. You can find this drink at Starbucks, and you can even add the sugar cookie cold foam on it to make it taste even more like a sugar cookie. This drink is not too sweet either, so you don’t have to worry about the overload of flavor when you take a sip. My favorite part about this drink is the red and green sprinkles that go on top of it, which just add the right touch to make it seem like you are enjoying an actual sugar cookie.

Chai

You can also get a chai all year round at most coffee shops, but I really enjoy having it during the Holiday Season. I really like to get one when I’m not really in the mood to grab a coffee, but I still want something to sip on. You can also pair it up with different flavors, so you can customize it the way you like it and what you enjoy best! I enjoy pairing my chai with vanilla since it has a balanced flavor of both the chai and the vanilla and makes for a really good drink that isn’t as caffeinated as coffee or espresso.

Even if you don’t like going to coffee shops and getting a drink, you can make most of the holiday drinks that are released at home! Grocery stores will have a variety of different creamer and coffee blend options available for the holiday season, so you don’t even have to leave your home to enjoy the holiday magic that a drink can bring! You can also look at Amazon or other online retail stores and purchase syrups and flavor options to add to your drinks and make them all at home.
