As we all know, the beloved Eternal Sunshine part 2 is out now! It was announced on March 10th where the singer/songwriter posted on Instagram revealing that the deluxe album would be available on Marth 28th. The official title being Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead. If you are anything like me, you were OBSESSED with this album when it first came out and were overjoyed to hear that she is adding on a few extra songs. Here is my formal review of all the new songs:

Intro to the End of the World (extended):

A classic that we ALL wanted extended! Definitely one of my favorites from the initial release so I am ecstatic that it’s getting its moment to shine once again.

Twilight Zone:

10/10! The perfect pop song, while also relaying the illusions from a past relationship.

Warm:

Such a fun beat! This one is definitely one of my favorites. This song describes the pull between independence and intimacy.

Dandelion:

A beautiful trumpet solo beginning brings out the pain and healing journey these last few songs indicate. Not my favorite of the new songs but still a powerful piece.

Past Life:

A truly empowering song. The lyrics indicate a healing journey while also being haunted by this ‘Past Life’ that the singer is moving on from.

Hampstead:

My absolute favorite from this deluxe album! The unpacking of Arianas turbulent past few years. Between the ending of things with her husband and the backlash she received started a relationship with her co-star.
