This warm weather has me eager for spring! Nothing is more spring-like than a nice cold glass of lemonade. Add a little butterfly pea flower syrup and now you’ve got a glass of heaven!

Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup

Ingredients: Instructions:
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup white sugar
2 TBSP butterfly pea flowers
Heat water, sugar, and butterfly pea flowers in a medium saucepan. Stir frequently until thickened (and blue!). Remove from heat, bottle, and allow to cool before fully closing the bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Add to your favorite lemonade and enjoy!

Some spring music to listen to while you sit back and enjoy that lemonade!
