What’s your majors/minors?
Jenn: I am an integrated marketing communications major with a culture communication minor.
Andrew: I am a cinema-photography major.
Where are you from?
Jenn: I am from Newburgh, NY
Andrew: I am from Carlstadt, NJ (they are one hour away from each other).
How long have you been dating?
Facebook says 13 months, but it’s been 15 or 16.
Where did you meet?
We met at freshmen orientation because we were in the same orientation group.
How did your relationship progress?
We were same friend group and then one time we watched Toy Story (alone) and the rest is history…
Why did you choose IC?
Jenn: Ithaca was my last choice because didn’t tour the school yet. The day I did, it hailed and liked it. When I walked on to campus and I felt I belonged.
Andrew: After an on-campus interview, I liked the interviewer and I was put in the major TVR and that’s when decided on Ithaca.
What are your favorite things about each other?
Jenn: Well, Andrew lives by the seat of his pants because I plan everything.
Andrew: I like that Jenn plans things.
What are each other’s bad habits?
Jenn: Andrew is a bad texter.
Andrew: Jenn goes to bed too early.
What did you do on your first date?
We watched Helvetica (the font movie).
What was your favorite date?
Jenn: We went to Disney World over the summer. Andrew told me we were staying at a
different hotel but we stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge because I love giraffes.
What is your favorite movie?
Jenn: I love Jim Sturgess so 21 and Across the Universe
Andrew: Ferris Bueller’s Day Off is my favorite movie.
What are three things that Andrew can’t live without?
Jenn: His hair products, his roommate, Chris Carpenter, and drumming
What are three things Jenn can’t live without?
Andrew: Her phone, her laptop, her clothes.
What is your favorite food?
Jenn: Lobster bisque.
Andrew: PB&J.
What is your favorite part about Ithaca College?
Jenn: The Park School.
Andrew: The nice sense of community.
Which cartoon characters remind you of each other?
Andrew: Jenn is Olive Oil from PopEye.
Jenn: Andrew is Dash from The Incredibles.
Who is your celebrity crush?
We both like Emma Watson.
Since you both are music lovers, what song would you dedicate to each other?
Andrew: “Always” by Panic at the Disco.
