We all know someone with anxiety, eventually we may even develop it as well. But what is anxiety? Anxiety is when you begin to feel nervous, worried, or uneasy over an event that has yet to occur. You begin to over think and think of every possible outcome that could happen. Anxiety attacks have various ways of occurring, such as some of the following:
- Feeling easily and quickly overwhelmed.
- Negative thoughts such as: “What if this doesn’t turn out right?” “What if this ends up happening?”
- Shortness of breath Dizziness
- And so on and so forth.
These could also be accompanied by:
- Feeling panicky
- Feeling a knot in your stomach
- Getting easily irritated
- And so on and so forth.
Anxiety is something that we cannot always control, and it’s something that we have to live with, sometimes as time progresses, so does the anxiety. But that does not mean it’ll have to take over every moment of our lives.
