Everyone has a grinding daily routine: some of us go to our classes, some others work long hours and there’s some people that even have to work and study on the same day. What all of us have in common is that we  get to our homes so tired and stressed that we might start to feel sick. So yeah, we should look for a natural alternative to prevent sickness and stay hydrated at the same time; also, we need something affordable and easy to make at home or at work. Some people like to drink coffee to keep them awake and full of energy; but some people like to drink tea because it’s natural and not matter what kind of herb is, it brings so many benefits to your health. That amazing drink helps your body keep hydrated because as  we are busy bees, our body needs tons of water to keep working and reduce health complications such as heart attacks. Also, drinking tea is good for you in case you need to relax when you must take that final exam or deal with those issues you hate in your workplace. One of the benefits of drinking tea is that it helps reduce some medical conditions like upset stomach, cold, menstrual cramps, etc. Tea has antioxidants that helps burn body fat. which is great for weight loss and helps your skin stay ageless and beautiful.

If you’re not sure of what kind of tea is good for you, here are some of my recommendations:

1. Green tea (herbal)

Great for weight loss and makes your skin healthy and beautiful. Also, it’s a stress reliever.

2. Chamomile tea (herbal)

Stress and anxiety reliever. Great for recovering from the cold and helps to calm stomach pain, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and diarrhea. Also, it’s good to  relieve menstrual cramps

3. Chai

Great for digestion and for weight loss.

Now you know the many benefits of tea. Next time you should consider this alternative, and enjoy a great cup of tea to relax at home or at work. Instead of stressing out, keep calm and drink tea.

Cheers!
