People have different passions, hobbies and lifestyles. For some people, it would be sports, cooking, or crafts. Mine are books, but for my boyfriend, it’s cars. On Friday, September 13, 2019, we went to a cars’ meet event from a group called Fiebrepari: Fiebreparty Meet, celebrating their first anniversary.
To be honest, I was a little scared because I know nothing about cars besides putting it on drive and fueling gas; I knew there would be people with a lot of knowledge about cars. From accessories to their functions, they interacted with everyone. I thought I would feel out of place, but it wasn’t like that. When people started arriving, I felt that chill fiebrues feel about their passion. Maybe you are thinking something like: “those are just cars”, and I used to think the same thing; however, I got to see how people showed their cars, explained how to keep them in the right conditions (because some are for daily use and some are just for car shows, etc.) and also made me part of the conversation by teaching me about the different things related to cars. It made me feel welcomed in a totally different world I knew nothing about.
There were cars from different decades, brands, styles and colors. It was full of diversity. People modify their cars depending on what they like and their style, and that is something admirable we must learn from them; to have something we like, the way we like it, but mostly, to take care of it every day.
There is also a video on YouTube where you can see more details about the event, including the cars that were showed.
