With Halloween right around the corner, and the weather cooling down, fall is officially here! Fall is a special season because of its unique aesthetic and traditions, which makes it perfect for themed parties and activities. This fall, spend some time with your friends and celebrate the wonderful season!

Pumpkin Carving

This activity is a classic, but one that doesn’t get old. Pumpkin carving is a creative and fun way to celebrate the fall season. Close to campus is Curtis Orchard and Pumpkin Patch where you can pick out your own pumpkin to bring home and carve. You could even make a whole day out of it, too. Curtis Orchard has tractor rides, corn mazes, games, a cute fall gift store, and so many more fun activities! Once you get your pumpkin, put on some fall music, make some pumpkin spice lattes, and start carving! You can use Pinterest for some carving inspiration, or use your imagination!

Nature Walk

Finally, a great fall activity is baking. There are so many tasty fall-themed treats that are super easy to make. First off, cinnamon rolls – these are super fun and easy to make and can even be baked in an air fryer. Secondly, caramel apples are a great choice too, all you need is an apple and some caramel to dip it in. Another idea is pumpkin spice cookies or oatmeal raisin cookies. Finally, you can make sugar cookies with fun shapes like ghosts or pumpkins and frost them however you choose. Baking is such a fun group activity, and it’s super rewarding, too.

Fall is such a great time of year for themed activities because of its natural vibe as a season. The orange, purple, and black colors, the scents like pumpkin spice and vanilla, the traditions like halloween, and more. It gives so many opportunities to have a fun time with your friends. Even if it’s just lighting a nice fall candle and watching a movie, or going out to get a pumpkin spice latte, fall is worth celebrating. Take some time for yourself and others this fall and have some fun with these super easy fall themed activities!
