Acai, a berry found in the rain forests of the Amazon, has been discovered by many due to its rich antioxidants and numerous health benefits. It comes in many forms; you can take Acai supplements, drink Acai berry tea or even just enjoy the berry itself (it tastes like a cross between a blueberry and cranberry).
