Have too much leftover Halloween candy laying around and want something creative to do with it? Then look no further! These ideas will be sure to add a special kick to some easy, everyday recipes.

1. Reese’s Pieces Pancakes

If that cup of coffee isn’t doing enough to wake you up, try adding some candy to your pancakes! The sugar rush will be sure to get you ready for the day. Skip the chocolate chips and add in any type of leftover Halloween candy you have on hand. Reese’s pieces and M&Ms work great. Or, chop candy bars such as Butterfingers, Snickers, or Kit Kats, and add them into the batter.

2. Melted Candy Fondue

For those candy lovers who are also trying to be healthy, fruit dipped in melted chocolate could be a great option for you. Take any chocolate you have on hand, such as Hershey’s kisses or Hershey bars, or a combination of many different kinds of chocolates, and melt them in a double boiler. If you don’t have a double boiler, you can always just put the chocolate in a bowl above a boiling pot of water. Be sure to continue stirring as the chocolate melts so it doesn’t burn. Dip fruit such as strawberries or bananas in the chocolate, or for those who have an even bigger sweet tooth, dip cookies, brownies or other candy bars into the fondue.

3. Candy Milkshakes

Try adding some candy pieces to your milkshakes to give them some extra sweetness! You have so many options with this one. Try blending candy in the blender along with the ice cream, or simply mix in small pieces of candy after the milkshake is made. You can try chopping up one candy, such as Snickers, Reese’s or Milky Ways, or you can make a whole new combination of all your favorite candies. These candy milkshakes will be sure to bring all the boys to the yard.

4. Candied Caramel Apples

This is a great spin on the classic caramel apple! First, chop up your favorite candy bars into small pieces. Then, dip a whole apple into caramel. While the caramel is still hot, roll it in a bowl full of the chopped candy pieces. This combination will be sure to add an extra crunch and some more sweetness to your caramel apple. An even easier version is to add the candy pieces into a bowl of caramel. Then, dip apple slices into the sugary goodness.

Hopefully these recipes inspired new ways to use your leftover Halloween candy!
