Fall season is approaching!!!
I’d love to share with you my favorite fall activities, while they might be basic, they are my must do’s each year!!
Apple Picking
I have already gone apple picking. It was so much fun and when I got home, I turned the apples into mini apple pies. It was a good experience and I recommend it. This is such a cute activity for those who like to take cute pictures for Instagram or who enjoy hands-on activities.
Pumpkin Patch
Super basic but who doesn’t love a good trip to the pumpkin patch? They have pumpkins you can pick for carving/painting, animals, haunted houses, hayrides, kettle corn, apple cider donuts and even fun gift shops! I absolutely love pumpkin patches, and I go at least 3 times each fall. My favorite one to go to is Goubert’s for the market.
Movie night
Movie nights during the fall seasons are so cozy, you can go to Target or Trader Joe’s and get some of their seasonal fall snacks such as TJ’s Pumpkin Spice Bark, Pumpkin Sourdough bread, Pumpkin bars and so so so much more! TJ’s is my favorite for seasonal snacks, and they have everything you need to snack on for movie night! Even things you would’ve never thought of like Apple pie A’la mode ice cream.
Pumpkin Carving/ Painting
So so so basic but so so fun. I personally prefer painting over carving because I can not stand the smell of pumpkin guts but I think carving a pumpkin and seeing it all lit up after putting the tealight in is so worth it.
Making your own caramel apples
Who doesn’t love a caramel apple? I remember when I was younger and going to the grocery store with my mom, I would get so excited at seeing the first affy tapples of the year, I would always ask for one and eat it the same day after my dinner. I think caramel apples are a must for the fall season, doesn’t making your own sounds so fun! You can cover the caramel with peanuts, sprinkles, chocolate chips, chocolate drizzle, Oreos, M&M’s or anything else you can think of!
