Her Campus ISU: What’s something most people don’t know about you?
Mike Parnell: I love country music. I’m also going to Country Thunder this year and everyone better be there.
HC ISU: What has been your best ISU memory?
MP: Joining Sigma Chi. It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
HC ISU: What’s your most embarrassing moment at ISU?
MP: Once I was dancing on a table and it broke. Then another time, I was running to work and fell but just kept going because no one noticed. There was also one more time when I was dancing on a table and just fell off of it.
HC ISU: Where can we find you on a Saturday night?
MP: Hanging out with my brothers.
HC ISU: It’s 2 AM on that same Saturday night and you’re hungry. What do you get?
MP: Jimmy John’s, for sure.
HC ISU: What’s the best thing about living in a fraternity house?
MP: I get to see my best friends every morning when I wake up. (AWWW!)
HC ISU: And the worst thing?
MP: It’s never quiet but there’s never a dull moment.
HC ISU: What’s your biggest pet peeve?
MP: When somebody coughs in my direction without covering his or her mouths. It really bothers me but maybe that’s me. I’m a semi germaphobe.
HC ISU: And your biggest guilty pleasure?
MP: I eat a lot of Chipotle and drink at least a pitcher of Kool-Aid everyday.
HC ISU: Describe your dream girl to me.
MP: My dream girl is someone who is outgoing, can make me laugh, confident, understanding, and sexy, of course.
HC ISU: Do you have any advice for girls at ISU?
MP: Chill, smile, and be beautiful.
