Whether you are travelling to work, class, or any normal day, making a smoothie is a simple way to get all the nutrients you need! There are so may smoothie recipes that are healthy and quick to make! They can be adapted to add protein or sugar. Here are some delicious smoothie recipes.

Strawberry Banana

Sliced Frozen Strawberries

1 Banana

½ Cup Greek Yogurt

½ Cup of Almond Milk

This is an easy smoothie to make with little ingredients and a refreshing taste!

Berry Blast

Frozen Blueberries

Frozen Raspberries

Frozen Blackberries

½ Cup Greek Yogurt

½ Cup Almond Milk

This is a “berry” yummy smoothie! By using frozen fruit, no ice needs to be added.

Tropical Smoothie
