Fall is finally here; ‘tis the season of leggings, oversized shirts and pumpkin spiced lattes! Here are a few ways to help prepare you for fall.

Pumpkin Patch: First things first, go to a pumpkin patch with your significant other or a group of your girlfriends before it gets too cold!  Make sure to go on a hayride, get some apple cider, struggle through the corn maze, and do not forget your pumpkin because you will take a super cute Instagram picture with it.

Leggings: Stock up on leggings girls; do any other pants even exist in the fall? Not that I know of.

PSE: Pumpkin. Spiced. Everything. Whether you actually enjoy the flavor of pumpkin or not you will enjoy pumpkin spiced lattes, pumpkin spiced donuts, pumpkin spiced candles, pumpkin spiced gum, pumpkin spiced ice cream, I could go on but I will not.

Halloween: Start planning your costumes now. I say costumes because you will need at least three for Thursday, Friday and Saturday and maybe even Wednesday if you are feeling spontaneous.

Oversized tops: Leggings and a big shirt all day, every day and the bigger the better! There is nothing more comfortable than a pair of leggings with your favorite, cozy, oversized sweatshirt or sweater.

Leg warmers: Your outfit can go from a 5 to a 10 with this simple accessory. Especially paired with a stylish pair of riding boots. Oh and they add a great touch to the Instagram you are going to post of your foot next to a “good book” and, TAKE A GUESS, a pumpkin spiced latte.

Movie nights: Movie nights in the fall are the best, it’s just chilly enough to get curled up in your favorite blanket with your favorite people. Some of the best scary movies come out this time of year but you can never go wrong with watching some throwbacks like the “Halloween” series.

Haunted houses: Not everyone enjoys getting scared on purpose but if you do check out haunted houses in the area! This is the perfect date for you and your “bae” because it gives you an excuse to get close ;)

Pumpkin carving: Saved the best for last. Seeing that you should already have the perfect pumpkin from your trip to the pumpkin patch it is time to carve it! And even better, while carving the pumpkin you can collect the seeds to make your very own pumpkin seeds.

As if you were not already anxious enough for fall I hope this has only added to the excitement!
