It’s the time of the year again when the weather is changing and winter is starting. It can be difficult to find ideas for date night, especially if you are someone who loves spending time outdoors. I have a few recommendations for how you can make the most of spending time with your loved one this winter, whether that is indoors or outdoors.

Bake Cookies

Decorating cookies is a fun way to show off your creativity. Try having a contest to see who can make the most festive cookie. In the end you’ll have a delicious smelling kitchen and warm cookies to enjoy.

Christmas Gift Shopping

Pick a day and shop away. Shopping with your significant other is great idea because you may notice them looking at a potential gift they may want or perhaps they can help you with suggestions for whoever you need to buy for.

Make Ornaments

Nappy
Create an ornament for each other. If you need inspiration try searching on Pinterest or make one that relates to your relationship. This would be super cute especially if you both do this annually and, in a few years, can look back on all of the ones you have made for one another.

Ice Skating

Ice skating can be a romantic date, where you hold hands, or it may be a hilarious date, if you find that two of you aren’t the best at skating. Either way your experience will be memorable.

View Lights

Personally, my boyfriend and I enjoy driving around listening to music and what better way is there to do that than looking at the glowing lights. Some towns even have organized light shows where you can tune into a radio station and the music will synchronize with the lights.

Movie Night

Make some popcorn, light a holiday candle, and grab some blankets. Having a cozy movie night filled with cuddles is a simple and sweet way to spend your evening.

Skiing

This is a perfect date for the thrill-seeking couple. Skiing is a fun and adventurous way to make the most of the cold, snowy weather.
