TikTok is full of comedy skits, influencers, workouts, and inspiring content. Recently, however, TikTok has blown up with different types of recipes for viewers to try out. While there have been many different recipes going around, one of the most popular recipes is for “Baked Feta Pasta”.

After the hundreds of videos going around on TikTok of people trying this recipe, I figured I’d give it a try. I followed the steps of the original TikTok video I saw and got to cooking.

First, I needed to gather cherry tomatoes. There was no specified amount, just enough to fill whatever container I decided to use, and as much as I wanted for the dish. Then, I added olive oil, salt, and pepper to my tomatoes and mixed them all together. After doing this, I added my block of feta cheese to the center of my dish. I topped off the feta with more olive oil and red pepper flakes and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I turned the heat up to 450 and baked for 10 more minutes. Once the sauce for my dish was done, I took it out and added some fresh garlic and basil before stirring the tomatoes, feta, and all the other ingredients together. After my sauce was mixed well, I added in my pasta, stirred again, and was ready to eat it.

After trying the baked feta pasta, I had a lot of thoughts. The first thing I noticed was just how simple the recipe was. I didn’t need to be a master chef to make this dish well. Every step was pretty self-explanatory, which made it all easy to follow and easy to make

I also enjoyed that there were many modifications I could make to the recipe if I didn’t like something. For example, you could replace the feta cheese with goat cheese if you’d prefer that instead.

Lastly, I enjoyed how simple the ingredients were. A lot of the ingredients were already at my access, and the fact that there were a total of only nine ingredients for the dish made it that much more appealing.

My final consensus: The easiness of making this dish made the taste that much better. It was full of flavor, easy to reheat, and more importantly; easy to make again. It’s a 10/10 from me.

If you’re considering making this viral TikTok dish, I would definitely recommend it.

I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I did!
