Do you have those pesky zits that pop up in between your eyebrows from all the late-night study sessions, dehydration, lack of sleep and short deadlines? Finals week is approaching, it’s the end of a long stressful year, and your skin is starting to show for it.

Here is my bed time break down of holy grail products to make your skin feel refreshed after a day of rubbing your eyes from staring at your computer for too long.

To start any night routine, use a product to wipe the day away and creating a fresh slate for great nourishing products. For this, use something oil free, I suggest the Kopari coconut melt, “an 100 percent organic and unrefined coconut oil that is so pure its absurd.”

Swab a little coconut melt onto a cotton pad and wipe away the must stubborn makeup in gentle circular motions being careful not to pull. This stuff is the holy grail of body and face restoration.

After washing your face with warm water and your favorite face wash, to calm the redness or any rough-doing, use the Mario Badescu rosewater facial spray. The hydrating mist is a use anywhere/anytime type of product that can relieve the feeling of uncomfortable skin.

Next is a daily moisturizer, I use the Aveeno positively radiant daily moisturizer with SPF 15. The use of SPF is proven to help even tone and texture of skin in as little as two months. Do not forget to moisturize your neck as well to help with wrinkles and fine lines. At only $14, this is an absolute beauty steal.

Then, use a super moisturizing gel/cream around the eyes with light patting motions to help attack under eye puffiness and any other tightness you may feel on the face. I use Soap & Glory puffy eye attack hydrogel. This helps reduce dark circles, soothe and brighten skin and reduce under eye puff.

To seal the deal, hit that rehydrated-hot stuff of a face with a few spritzes of the rose water spray again. Now, when you wake up in the morning, your skin will be feeling glowing and hydrated, ready for another study session.
