HC: How do you feel about being nominated as a Campus Cutie?
BM: It’s a great privilege to have! (said with a big cheesy smile)
HC: What do you look for in a guy?
BM: He has to be attractive, intelligent, know how to hold a conversation, and have goals in life. He also has to know how to live a little, because life is way too short! I am not picky when it comes to appearance, but he definitely has to have a down to earth personality.
HC: What is your idea of the perfect date in Geneva, New York?
BM: My idea of the perfect date would be having dinner at Ichiro, chilling in a hookah lounge, and spending the rest of the night in the dorms just hanging out!
HC: What was your worst date?
BM: I’ve never been on an official date before!
HC: Do you have any hidden talents?
BM: I am really good at fixing computers. I can put them together and take them back apart.
HC: What is something that most people do not know about you?
BM: I used to dance professionally at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
HC: Who is your role model?
BM: My mother! As a single mother, she has put me through private school education for 4 years, now going on 5 years and still manages to take care of herself, run the household, and love me unconditionally.
HC: What are you involved in on campus and what are you most proud of?
BM: I recently got involved with the Boys & Girls Club and love working with the 6-11 year olds. Hopefully, I’ll get involved more on campus over the next 3 years, so stay tuned!
HC: Do you have a motto that you live by?
BM: Less of a motto, more of an experience. I’ve realized that lives are being taken so young now adays and you never know when your time will come, so don’t take anything for granted.
HC: What is something that is on your Bucket List? Have you ever accomplished anything on it?
BM: One thing on my Bucket List is to be burlesque dancer for one night. One thing that I was lucky enough to complete was traveling out of the country, specifically to the Dominican Republic.
HC: Do you have plans to go abroad?
BM: YES! I hope to go abroad to Copenhagen, Denmark!
HC: What do you hope to accomplish before you graduate?
BM: I hope to be seen as a leader on campus, rather than a part of a crowd.
HC: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
BM: I hope to be taking care of pregnant women and delivering their babies.
HC: What do you want to be remembered for?
BM: I want to be remember for how optimistic I am, even during tough times.
