1. get a workout in

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying you have to run 3 miles as fast as you can, but walking on the treadmill will leave you feeling content. One thing I love to do is walk on the treadmill for about 30 minutes. Especially on Sundays, when I’m exhausted, I love to watch an episode of a show, while walking on an incline.

2. get out your planner

Something that helps me picture how busy my week may be is to take out my planner and just go through it day by day. I like to write down any homework I have to get done or any tasks I plan on accomplishing this week.

3. treat yourself to your favorite coffee

Personally, I look forward to waking up and going out to get a coffee with my friends. Whether it’s Dunkin, Starbucks, or even CoolBeans, treating yourself to a latte will instantly make you feel better.

4. make your bed

Whether it’s at 10 am or 2 pm, making my bed always makes me feel put together. Especially if you live in a shared dorm, making your bed will help make your room look a little more organized. You don’t have to do this as soon as you wake up, but if you feel like you want to make your room look cleaner, making your bed and fluffing your pillows will help your room come together.

5. put on cute loungewear

Much like my last point, putting on a cute set always makes me feel better. I usually do this because I almost always make the mistake of sleeping with my makeup on from the previous night. So, on Sundays, I like to feel a little more put together after doing my skincare routine.
