Christmas music has to be my favorite genre of all time. Between the soft, nostalgic melodies and the upbeat, joyful rhythms, Christmas music is hard to beat. I have been crafting my Christmas playlist for a few years now, and after years of perfecting it, here are my top 10 Christmas songs that encapsulate that Christmas magic (in no particular order):

Step Into Christmas – Elton John

The perfect upbeat Christmas song with a classic singer. What’s not to love?

I’ll Be Home for Christmas – Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson’s voice is unmatched and her take on this Christmas classic makes it magical.

Christmas Must Be Something More – Taylor Swift

I love love love the message behind this song! And I am a Swiftie so I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more.

Bring Me Love – John Legend

John Legend is another singer with an incredible voice that suits this upbeat song so perfectly.

You Make It Feel Like Christmas – Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton

This duet is SO fun! It makes me want to get up and dance every time I hear it.

Christmas Tree Farm – Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift again, surprise surprise! This original song is so sweet and such a fun sing-along.

Santa Claus Is Coming To Town – The Jackson 5

This is such a classic. Everyone knows this song and who doesn’t want to sing along to the Jackson 5?!

Where Are You Christmas – Pentatonix

It couldn’t be a complete Christmas playlist without mentioning Pentatonix. They are the pinnacle of Christmas music and my childhood memories consist of their songs! This song is so sweet and takes me back to that childhood nostalgia.

The Christmas Song – Nat King Cole

This is a classic Christmas song and no list would be complete without it. I am ready to sing every word as soon as I hear the opening line!

What Christmas Means to Me – John Legend, Stevie Wonder

These two singers combined make for the perfect classic Christmas feel, and this song is yet another fan favorite. I can’t help but smile and tap my feet as soon as it starts playing!
