Spring has sprung! Meaning it’s the season for trying new things. We’ve gathered 10 of our favorite recipes ranging from traditional Paella to chocolate chip cookies. Celebrate spring by trying out one of the recipes below!

Avocado Toast

We all know and love avocado toast but sometimes it needs a little more ~spice~. This recipe from Love & Lemons covers every variation of avocado toast you could think of to mix up the classic breakfast. Check out the Banh Mi Avo Toast, Tostada Avo Toast, and every other variation you didn’t know you needed. Not only are these variations undeniably delicious, they also all keep the same fresh healthiness you get with regular avocado toast.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

When it comes to chocolate chip cookies, the classic can never be beaten. That’s why we’re recommending Martha Stewart’s Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe to try out for a movie night with friends. We know what you’re thinking, why make cookie dough from scratch when Nestlé exists? If you take anything from this article, handmade cookie dough is much more worth it. If you don’t believe us, make this recipe and experience the ooey-gooiness for yourself.

Mushroom Burger

To all you meat lovers, don’t knock it ’til you try it! This mushroom burger recipe from Well Plated is the perfect break from a greasy burger and just as delicious. Add your favorite burger toppings right on top and just like that you’ll enter burger heaven (and get in a whole lot of veggies in the meantime). Best of all, this recipe can easily be made vegan for all our plant lovers out there. There’s mush-room to be creative with this vegetarian alternative.

Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

This Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese from Sugar Spun Run is the comfort food of our dreams. With the spicy hit of the buffalo breaking up the creaminess of the cheese, this dish is undeniably one of our favorites. All the highlights of a SuperBowl party thrown into one meal! We recommend sharing with friends but be warned, it’ll disappear faster than it took to make it.

Blueberry Cobbler is the most delicious way to warm up a cold, rainy night. Spend with Pennies has nailed the perfect recipe filled with juicy blueberries and a buttery crust. Even with the weather getting warmer, you’ll never shy away from this cozy dessert.

This take on Paella makes the cooking process easier than the traditional, without straying from the delicious flavors.

If you downloaded TikTok over quarantine, you’ve definitely seen people making their own boba. Believe it or not, it’s more simple than you think! This recipe from China Sichuan Food explains the process of making boba pearls in full detail. Now you don’t have to UberEats your favorite boba tea when you’re craving the sweet treat!
