You’re our last Campus Cutie before summer holidays start. What plans do you have for the summer?

Mainly work, though in May I’m going to travel to Prague and Warsaw. In general, I’m hoping to have time to enjoy the summer with friends and catch up on reading some of the books I’ve bought lately. I would also like to do something completely new and exciting during the summer, but I went skydiving last summer, so I’m not sure how I’m ever going to top that off…

Can you share with us three things you’ve learned this academic year (not necessarily academic things)?

1. Thanks to a great professor, I’ve learned that politics and law can be interesting, and it doesn’t hurt to study them even if you are a confused English major like myself.

2. I have (finally) realized that doing stuff on time will make my life a lot easier in the long run.

3. I’ve learned that friends are what make the university experience as awesome as it is!

What’s your favourite drink?

Non-alcoholic: I’m a fan of ginger ale or plain ol’ water. Alcoholic: I really love ginger beer and other drinks with ginger. Yay, ginger!

Do you have a favourite inspirational quote to wrap up this interview with?

I have to go with this classic piece of advice: “Try to be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations.”
