What’s your favorite place on campus?
Kupoli in the New Student House (‘Uusi ylioppilastalo’) is cool. I’ve had a lot of great time and met incredible people there. I also like the silence and the academic atmosphere in the Kaisa library.
Do you have any guilty pleasures?
I consider myself a vegan, but I have a secret relationship with pizza with cheese.
What are the biggest turn ons and turn offs for you?
Talk to me about destroying patriarchy in society and I’m all yours. Stupidity is the biggest turn off for me, I guess.
What is your idea of a perfect date?
Sparkling wine and a summer evening at the beach.
What would be your dream job?
My ultimate dream job would be to become a member of the parliament. I guess that’s not gonna happen, so my dream is to have a job with at least a chance to change the world.
What do you like most about yourself?
I think I’m an honest and caring person.
What advice would you give to our freshmen?
It gets better. And: never underestimate the importance of HOPS.
What made you choose your major?
I wanted to become a priest. I still find theology and religions kind of interesting but my dreams and thoughts have changed a lot during these years. I no longer want to be a priest and I am going to change my major.
If you were a fictional character, who would you be?
My friends have called me Little My. I’m not so sure about that, but she is a great character!
Who’s your celebrity crush?
Cobie Smulders who played Robin in How I Met Your Mother. She’s so lovely!
What Hogwarts house would you belong to?
I wish it was Ravenclaw, but most likely my house would be Hufflepuff.
Who’s your idol?
All the strong, wonderful women around me doing things they love.
