Tell us a little bit about how going to school with a twin was:Going to elementary school and high school with my twin was fun. We had many of the same classes throughout high school, so it was convenient doing homework at home because we were able to help each other out.
Is it different now that you go to different colleges?The major difference is not seeing each other every day.
What is your favorite thing about having a twin?Having someone to be able to do everything with. My twin and I have had some great experiences together and it’s cool to be able to share those with someone your whole life.
What’s your least favorite thing about having a twin?Getting all of the twin questions like: do you guys have twin telepathy or if she’s hurt can you feel it? They just get old after a while, but oh well. But, no we do not experience these.
How has being a twin changed you individually?Being a twin definitely shaped me, but I’ve never known anything else. So, I am not sure how much it has necessarily changed me. I think it has taught me to share and to compromise. I think it has also shaped me as an individual because although my sister and I have a lot of similarities and same interests, we are still very much our own persons.

Why do you want to be a vet?I love animals and I want to be able to help them feel better! I think surgeries will be very cool to perform as well.
What are your biggest passions?I love traveling. If I could, I would be traveling somewhere new every weekend. I think it is very important to explore the world.
Who is your role model and why?My mom and my grandma. They are two of the strongest women I know. They are both successful and have overcome challenges that life has thrown at them. I know that no matter what, they will always be there for me.
What has been your favorite experience in college?I’ve had so many great experiences so far it’s hard to choose. All of the sports games, the Pro Bowl, Waikiki on Halloween, the concerts at the Blaisdell, and going to the beach are just a few things that I’ve loved experiencing. Getting to explore the island and make many new friends has been great! I have found that everyone over here is very nice and welcoming.
Do you have a philosophy or quote you live by?I think the “golden rule” is always a good one to live by. Do onto others as you would want done onto you. I think you should go through live with a positive attitude and to see the best in things as well.
What do you look for in a significant other?I guess someone who is fun, caring and just someone that I get along with well.
