8 Low Calorie Holiday Inspired Starbucks Drinks

Have you ever visited @themacrobaristas (Alex Moe) Instagram and seen all of his personalized low-calorie recipes for Starbucks drinks?!?! It’s pretty cool and delicious.

The flavorful Starbucks drinks are easily unhealthy and full of sugar which are unnecessary calories that inhibit you from your overall health goals.

Alex focuses on creating macro-friendly drinks for everyone to enjoy.

I will list some of my favorite recipes along with the nutritional information and how to order it. Also, a link to the post.

Ask for a grande Organic Chai Tea- NOT a latte 

Ask for steamed almond milk 

Ask for half a pump of pumpkin sauce

Add 1-2 Splenda or another 0 calorie sweetener
