Lip color is an important part to any look, it can add some extra color and bring attention to your lips. Different colors are appropriate for different occasions so be sure to think about where you’re going before you choose your color. Stay tuned throughout the semester for more of my makeup tips!

Neutral lip color is a lip color that is similar to your natural lip color with a little something extra and it’s something that everyone should have ready to put on. It is perfect for pretty much any situation.

Lip gloss is an easy way of drawing attention to your lips with very little effort or risk. Whether it’s clear, sparkly, or colorful, lip gloss makes any look more flirty.

Red lips are bold and sexy, they draw attention to your lips, but they can also be intimidating for guys. Bright lipstick all over your guy’s face is not cute.

Bright pink is another great way to wear a bright lip in a cuter and fun way. Pink is more appropriate for a daytime event such as meeting with a professor or lunch.

Purple can quickly venture into the scary goth catergory, be careful! A plum color that isn’t too dark can be stunning and super high fashion.

Chapstick is always a must, crusty lips are never a good look.
