What Not To Say in Class – From Experience

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Harvard chapter.

Embarrassment level 1

There are so many things that you should NOT say in a classroom. Here are a few from personal experience.

1. Free Direct Intercourse =/= Free Indirect Discourse

#JaneAustenSexyTime

2. Don’t call your professor mom

They might not say anything but it’s still awkward.

3. Don’t talk about your weekend, even in French class

It won’t end well.

4.  Do not admit to skipping this weeks reading

Just fake it ’til you make it sweetheart.

5. Watch the gendered endings in Spanish class

Don’t misgender yourself by not changing an “o” to an “a”
