Spring Patterns and Pants

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Harvard chapter.

It’s a gorgeous but breezy day and you’re afraid that the wind will be a little too naughty with your skirt? Or – as it often happens in New England – it’s suddenly tropical weather after a week of snow and you really want to wear shorts…but haven’t shaved your legs?

Lucky for you, there’s an easy solution: long pants. Oh, not jeans. Long pants made from thin, flowy, beautiful fabrics that exist in all kinds of gorgeous patterns from happy and flowery ones to cool geometric patterns that could’ve jumped off a Picasso painting. They are extremely comfortable (we’re talking pajama-level), take 5 seconds to put on, but look super stylish! Pair them with a simple plain top, long necklaces, colorful bracelets and rings!
