Spooky and Delicious Fall Drinks

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Harvard chapter.

The trees are shedding all their leaves, and winds are picking up. We all know, winter is coming, to soon put the cherry on top of a stressful finals season. I have been caffeinating, and in case you have been too, I made a list of some (of my) favorite fall drinks around the Square. Also, since tracking sugar intake is crucial for your health, I included relevant information too!

The Honey Harvest Latte, at Peet’s or Capital One Café

It’s a limited-edition beverage they have out now—get it while you can! It has a subtle touch of honey and comes in at about 320 calories for a medium, including 44g of sugar.

The Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato, at Starbucks

I am a big fan of the Cloud drinks because the foam is truly something else. However, it contains eggs, so depending on your dietary restrictions, you may not be able to enjoy this one. I know this isn’t technically a fall drink, but it’s too good to not be. This drink has about 190 calories in a grande (medium equivalent) with 28g of sugar.

The Salted Caramel Mocha, at Starbucks

Salted caramel alone is delicious. In chocolate, it’s even better. Imagine it flavoring a drink plus the added benefit of caffeine. Get it while it’s in season! The SCM grande (medium equivalent) rings in at 470 calories with 59g of sugar.
