Stress is natural, and at times can feel inevitable. College can feel like an endless stream of work, an insurmountable mountain, or perhaps even a deep canyon of dispair (clearly I am feeling one with nature today). While I am not really one to live by motivational quotes, clichés are often clichés becuase they are true. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or you just need some inspiration to get you through the next week, here are a few quick mantras to keep in the back of your mind. So, you can print them out, quietly repeat them to yourself, or even tattoo on your lower back. 

And if all else fails, just remember that “stressed” is “desserts” spelled backwards. Godspeed.
