3 Sites to Help With Your Summer Internship Search

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Harvard chapter.

Time has flown by so quickly that it’s hard to believe that summer is just around the corner. I find myself browsing LinkedIn during lectures, refreshing my email every minute, and begging every adult I know for an internship. If you’re in a similar position, here is a helpful guide to help you find a last minute summer internship:

1.    Intern Sushi

This website is my life. After filling out an adorable profile, you can apply to internships in one click. You can search for internships that match your interest, location, and availability. Intern Sushi makes finding an internship a piece of cake.

2.    InternMatch

Like Intern Sushi, but arguably less user friendly, InternMatch allows you to search for internships based on interest, location, and season. The number of applicants for the position is also visible on the site. It is a pretty comprehensive site with more job listings than Intern Sushi.

3.    LinkedIn

If you haven’t already created a LinkedIn profile, don’t fret. It seems that everyone, even high schoolers, are using LinkedIn these days. Creating a profile takes around an hour, and once you’ve done that, you can start making connections with people in your field of interest. LinkedIn also generates a list of recommended jobs for you personally.

We hope these websites will help assist you in finding the internship of your dreams, if you haven’t already!
