The clothing options at the bookstore have gotten a lot more stylish over the years. (I’ve noticed improvement from my freshman year, and that was only two years ago!) Just because you’re wearing University branded clothing doesn’t mean you can’t be stylish while you do it! Here are four ways to style University of Hartford apparel. All four of these t-shirts can be purchased at the bookstore, in case you’re wondering!
Pair this “Live, Love, Hawks” tank with dip-dyed skinny jeans and Converse in the school colors. The necklace with the University seal is also available at the bookstore.
If you happen to be a fan of pink, you can coordinate this tee with pink sunglasses and a pink backpack. Finish off with printed skinny jeans and ballet flats for a look as functional as it is adorable.
If pink isn’t your thing, you can pair this green tee with black pants and brown boots – which will come in handy if you get caught in one of the random downpours that hit in the spring.
You can also add a girly touch to a Hartford tee by pairing it with a fluffy skater skirt and a galaxy print backpack. I chose Converse again because I don’t recommend trying to walk anywhere on campus in heels – unless you have a pair of backup shoes in your bag.
