Think of a society where women support women, where love is spread, where support is admired, and women together continue to climb up the tree of success. Doesn’t that sound beautiful, especially in a society where women are a minority. Where black women are a double minority!

We have been blessed today, to be surrounded by such prominent, strong, beautiful women in our society. Angela Basset, Tracee Ellis Ross, Taraji P. Henson, Yara Shadi, Zendaya, Chole x Halle, and many more. Not only do these women make marks individually through personal talents, but they succeed in their personal aspirations of pushing for the what they believe in most. The support and constant love provided by one woman to another is one of the key aspects towards how these young ladies are inspired, motivated, and how they succeed.

As much as we need to support one another, we should also endure in conversation about life amongst each other. Whether life means talking about an up and coming business, or simply dealing with personal endeavors amongst you and your family. As minorities, we must work to backup and protect our own from turmoil. This concept may be viewed as a simple execution; yet, today we deal jealousy, hate and more than make us hesitant to spread love. We must refrain from negativity within our own community, for positivity to endure us as we pursue wealth in life.

Okay, we’ve spoken to all women and given them an idea of what it means to inspire, motivate, and encourage one another.

Now, I want to take a minute and speak to my black women.

We have triumphed through history of discouragement; we owe it to the women before us to support our black sisters through all endeavors. Love one another regardless of what is thrown through life and inspire each other to be the best we know black woman can be.

As aware we are towards everything involved in our lives, we are constantly in and out of understanding how great encouragement does to our community.

Let’s take these next few weeks to spread love, encourage success, and inspire each other.
