Okay ladies, homecoming is approaching, and we definitely need to pop out. Hair done, fit prepared, and face popping!

PSA: Don’t forget to take care of your skin!

Makeup is a big factor when it comes to breakouts, stress pimples, and skin irritation. Here are some tips and homemade masks for your daily use during Homecoming week!

Basic Tip #1: Washing your face morning and night is a critical action that you ladies must take this week. Our face goes through all the makeup, oil, outside air, lotion and other products – these things need to be washed off. Cleansing is crucial as you ladies storm the campus on your way to all the upcoming events!

Suggested Facial Cleanser: Aruba Aloe

This soap bar is an Aloe based cleanser that keeps one’s skin texture smooth and clear. Providing essential oils and natural herbs to clear out your skin and bring forth your true colors.

Suggested Facial Cleanser: Noxzema

My go to brand for when I’m in between purchases. Noxzema contains natural tea oil to truly dig the dirt out of your skin. This allows for thoroughly cleaned skin and a fresh face after a good wash.

Basic Tip #2: During the week, you should probably try to do 1 or 2 homemade masks! Masks are made to rejuvenate, revive, and re-glow your beautiful faces. They may even give you the confidence to sport a natural beauty look with your homecoming fit.

Suggested Homemade Face Masks:

Oatmeal, lemons, and honey: this mask is essential to get rid of those random small bumps and possible pimples. Lemon allows for a tingling touch to attack those marks.

Honey Mask: Honey is most essential when searching for a glow reset mask. Honey enhances your skin tone, clearing out all the toxins from your pores.

Hopefully, with these few hacks you will be able to have a fun fresh face for homecoming. Remember: relax, relate, release.
