Christmas is right around the corner, so of course, this is the season of family get-togethers, work parties, and “Friendmas”. We are no stranger to the rules of Secret Santa, but often times we struggle with finding the perfect gift. There is normally a limit as to how much you can spend on a gift to ensure nobody goes overboard, and that the types of gifts exchanged are of equal value. Here are a few gift ideas to make your Secret Santa shopping a little bit easier.

Planner/Calendar

As the new year is approaching, it’s good to get a new planner. What is a better way to start off 2018 than being a little more organized!? Pocket book sized calendars are also great gift ideas. Target has a great stationary section filled with cute planners and calendars for a great price.

Candles

Candles are an essential to have in the house. Who doesn’t love the great smells of cinnamon, peppermint, and evergreen around the holidays?  Yankee Candle is best known for having all things candles, but Bath & Body Works also has great options for an affordable price.

Hats Scarves and Gloves

Most areas during the month of December bring cold weather. This is a great opportunity to gift someone some nice winter accessories. Forever 21 and Old Navy have a great selection of cute hats, scarves, and gloves.

Lotions and Potions

Who doesn’t like to smell good? HC Hampton U tried the BEING Salted Caramel & Macadamia Hand Cream by Sanctuary, and it’s the perfect stocking stuffer! They smell amazing, and they’re extremely affordable. They’re only available at ULTA, so be sure to snag yours today to have in in time for Christmas.

Gift Cards

You can never go wrong with a gift card. You may not know where your Secret Santa partner likes to shop, so buying them a simple visa card allows them to spend a few dollars wherever they want.

Coffee Mug

Everyone might not be a coffee lover, but you can’t go wrong with a coffee mug. Starbucks has a wide variety of cold and warm drink containers. They carry a wide variety of cups and mugs with the best designs. This a great gift for people who like to kick-start their day with coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate.

Skin Care Products

You may not think to buy skincare as a gift for someone but there are so many new great products on the market. I recommend the Alba Bontanica Fast Fix for Puffy Eyes Cooling Eye-Revive Gel. When you need a fast fix for tired, puffy eyes, this cooling gel immediately revives the eyes while cucumber, green tea, and caffeine help stimulate, energize and reduce puffiness.

Makeup

Whether you are a makeup fanatic or enjoy wearing makeup for those special occasions, having a few good quality products in your collection is a must. Tarte Cosmetics has a great line of makeup. I want to first highlight the Tarteist™ PRO Palette, an eyeshadow palette with 20 ultra-pigmented shades powered by naturally-derived ingredients. The next must have to include in your favorite holiday eye look is the Lights, Camera, Lashes™. This best-selling vegan mascara lengthens, curls, volumizes & conditions, acting like a push-up bra for your lashes.
