What made you choose Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, INC?

Choosing Phi Beta Sigma, I was looking for the brotherhood, but I also wanted the sisterhood. I wanted to have the perspectives of the brothers and sisters. But really choosing I was trying  to see what fits me the most. Which of the principles and looking at the mission statements and which ones really made me think. Which ones were best for me, which ones to put me in the best position for it. Moving forward as for networking and connecting me to other Brothers.

What is one thing that makes you unique?

I actually don’t know what makes me unique. It might be my personality. I’m very exuberant. I give a lot of energy into everything that I do. I don’t really like being sad. What really makes me unique is how I can reach my hand forward to everyone and not really be kind of selfish.

What is one thing you learned about yourself on the road to becoming a Sigma?

One thing I learned about myself on the road to becoming a Sigma is that I’m actually mentally tough, but things actually do get to me. I really had to learn time management. I think time management was probably the biggest thing I learned. I really had the balance time and pleasure, also your friends with business. At first, I used to just put all of my time into my friends and not business. But now it’s almost the opposite, I put a lot of time into my business, and not enough into my friends. And now I’m just finding a way to balance it.

Favorite memory from Hampton?

My favorite memory is me becoming a Sigma. I just watched the video a couple of days ago and I didn’t realize that was the birth of a new man. Even though I was the same person, I felt really different. When that moment came, I couldn’t hear nobody, it felt like the room was mad quiet. And once I actually came out, it was like a brand new thing. I really cut my hair, shaved my face. I felt really different. I didn’t look the same, and it felt like I was birthed into a new life. That’s probably my favorite memory.

What are some of your pet peeves?

I’m not a big fan of dirty people. I’m also not a big fan of someone always negative, too. I don’t wanna be around someone who’s negative. That is always complaining about something. Like you don’t understand life is so hard but it is what you make it. Instead of complaining you could be doing something better. I always tell people, “if you wanna see change then do something about it. Why don’t you create that?,” Everyone is a leader, everyone is a follower. Another pet peeve is people blatantly disrespecting other people. I’m not a big fan of bullies too. And when people discredit themselves.

Do you have any siblings?

I have an older brother named Brian, twin brother named Kevin, and a younger sister named Bianca.

What is your current relationship status?

My current relationship status is that I am single.

Looking for anyone?

I’m not necessarily looking for someone. It’s not to say i’m not prone for someone to come my way at all. If someone just so happens comes into my life and makes me get that feeling like, “This girl might be the one for you,”. I’m not saying I’m not waiting for her to pull up. I’m not pulling up on nobody. I tell people upfront I’m a busy man, I almost don’t have time for a relationship.

What do you look for in a woman?

Boy she gotta have a DUNK! I’m just kidding. What I look for in a woman is that she has to have a great personality. She has to be very understanding of me and of herself and walk with confidence. I’m not a big fan of women that quit. A woman that is involved. I don’t want her to necessarily be free because people make time for what they want. I want her to be doing something with her life all of the time. She should kinda have a side hustle. Something that’s interesting to talk about. Like Forex? Umm NO she cannot do Forex. If she’s apart of Forex she will get blocked.
