  12. Volunteer! Giving your time to an organization that deserves it is a great way to give back over the holiday season.

  14.  Go to a museum

  15. Spring cleaning! Clean and organize your stuff so that everything is clean for the start of the second semester.

  16. Donating clothes that don’t fit or that you don’t want to a local shelter/ thrift store

  17. Host a party. This could be for an event like New Years eve or the Superbowl, or just a casual party with friends!

  18. Go bowling

  19. Get your friends together and cook a meal together. Sharing the experience of cooking and eating as a group is a fun way to spend time with friends.

  20. Polar Plunge! Doing the Polar Plunge is a cold but good way to raise money for a good cause like an animal shelter or another charity you want to support.

Winter can be a boring or sad time of year for some, so I just thought it would be nice to share a small list of ideas, but keep in mind there are many more! Trying to do a few of these mixed in with your necessary activities, can help make your break a little fun before second semester starts. Have a great break!
